Service-Based Business
As our services involve time, expertise, and resources dedicated specifically to each client project, all payments made to VirtualAlly (OPC) Pvt Ltd are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice to info@virtualally.com.
For recurring services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as if we are unable to deliver the agreed service or if a duplicate payment has been made.
Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Project Delays
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, content, approvals, or access credentials.
Termination by VirtualAlly (OPC) Pvt Ltd
If VirtualAlly (OPC) Pvt Ltd chooses to terminate a service before the agreed work is completed, a prorated refund may be provided for any unused portion of prepaid services.
